Mark Leased Tours Before Month-End
Rent IQ has built-in leasing analytics, calculated from the data you record about each tour. It's important to keep the data accurate and up-to-date so the correct data is reflected in the analytics
Every tour has a tour notes modal where you record tour details. You can add notes before, during, or after the tour. After the tour, mark whether the guest attended. When a tour leads to a signed lease, open the same modal and mark it as leased.
If your organization has the monthly leasing report set up, it is built from the full month's data. Marking a lease before the month ends means it is captured in that month's report.
