Adding Tour Booking to Your Website

You can let prospects book a tour straight from your website. Each property has its own booking link, which you add as a button or link on the site. This guide covers where to find that link and one optional script that keeps your marketing sources accurate.

Add a Book a Tour Button

Each property has its own booking link, found on the property's page under tour settings (see Sharing Your Booking Link). Add that link to your website as a button or link labelled something like Book a Tour. When a prospect clicks it, they can pick a time and book, and the tour shows up in Rent IQ. Use each property's own link on its matching page.

Keep Your Marketing Sources Accurate

When a prospect finds you through an ad or listing, lands on your website, and then books, the original source can be lost unless your site passes it along. Adding one small script keeps those tours credited to the ad, campaign, or listing that brought them in, rather than all showing up as coming from your website. It needs no configuration and works with your Book a Tour button whether it links out, opens in a pop-up, or is embedded in a page.

Give this to whoever manages your website. It goes in the site's header settings (most site builders have a spot for custom or header code):
