Logging Walk-in Tours
This guide covers how to log a walk-in tour: a prospect who toured without an appointment. Because you are recording a guest who showed up in person, it also covers logging visitors during an open house.
Select Log Walk-in from the sidebar to open the tour form in walk-in mode. Pick a time the property was open, and Rent IQ records the visit as a completed, attended tour.
If your property has the application text enabled, you can choose to send the guest your rental application by text when you log the walk-in.
