Multiple Leasing Agents

When a property has more than one leasing agent, a tour time stays bookable as long as any one of them is available. When a guest books, Rent IQ decides which agent gets the tour using the property's allocation mode.

In Round Robin mode, each new booking goes to the next agent in turn, which shares tours equally between the agents.

In Priority mode, agents are ranked in order. Each new tour goes to the highest-ranked agent who is free at that time, so a lower-ranked agent only gets allocated a tour for times when higher-ranked agents are unavailable.
