RENT IQ OAUTH INTEGRATION TERMS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By authorizing Rent IQ to access your calendar or other third-party services, you agree to these OAuth Integration Terms.

2. DATA ACCESS AND USE

2.1 Permitted Access

When you grant OAuth permissions, Rent IQ may access:

• Calendar events and availability
• Basic profile information
• Email address for account identification

2.2 Data Usage

We use accessed data solely to:

• Schedule and manage property tours
• Provide calendar integration services
• Maintain your account and provide customer support

2.3 Data Retention

We retain accessed data only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

3. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

3.1 Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage.

3.2 Third-Party Access

We do not sell, rent, or share your OAuth data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

3.3 Data Deletion

You may revoke OAuth permissions at any time through your third-party provider's settings. Upon revocation, we will delete associated OAuth data within 30 days.

4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

4.1 Service Provision

We provide OAuth integration services on an “as is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

4.2 Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue OAuth integrations with reasonable notice.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for OAuth integration services is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability or functionality
• Data loss due to third-party service changes
• Indirect or consequential damages

6. TERMINATION

These terms remain in effect until you revoke OAuth permissions or terminate your Rent IQ account.
